**Damaged Products:** You can return sealed items. Make sure they are in their original quantity, as the packaging shows.
You cannot refund, exchange, or credit opened or used products.

After your return arrives at our warehouse:
Melts™ will inspect the package to confirm it meets return requirements.
We process refunds or exchanges within 5–7 business days after inspection. Some cases may take up to 14 business days.
Refunds will include the product cost, minus shipping, VAT, or duties. Important: We can’t process refund requests made after 30 days from the delivery date.
